Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the wig in its original hair net and box, ensuring all tags are attached and the lace has not been trimmed or altered.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our stylists verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
